Thank you for visiting and shopping at DaikoMax store. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders will be shipped in China and orders will be processed within 24 hours on weekdays and will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If our order volume is large, shipment may be delayed and we will contact you by email.
Country of destination delivery, freight and time of shipment
- At present, we open deliverable countries are the United States, United Kingdom, National law, Germany, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Spain.
- We will display the weight information of the product on the product details page. We will calculate your freight according to the weight of the product you purchased.The shipping cost of your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
(Some products are very light, which helps you reduce shipping costs if you buy multiple items) - We provide two express carriers for you to choose, one is 4PX, the other is SF, they are both express companies with excellent timeliness, and they have more logistics timeliness for you to choose.
You just need to choose the supplier you like at the checkout of the order (of course, the time is fast, the logistics cost will be higher).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We are currently shipping in China. Freight and delivery time will depend on the destination.
*For policy reasons, we do not support filling in PO Box addresses or military addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
DaikoMax is not responsible for any customs and taxes on your order. All costs incurred during or after transportation (duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I change the shipping address of my order?
A: Orders can be edited or canceled only before the shipment via our customer support team.
Q: The logistics track has not been updated after shipment. What should I do?
A: If the logistics track has not been updated after 7 days, please contact us. If within 7 days, please wait patiently.
Q: Why did I only receive half of my order?
A: We might have divided your order into several packages. Perhaps slow trucking causes the speed to be out of sync. Please wait 7 days and contact us for logistic tracking.
Q: I received an email about the shipment being delivered, but nothing arrived. What should I do?
A: It is recommended that first you call the local post office to confirm and check the surrounding environment again for parcels. Please contact us, we would love to help you.

Refund policy
We highly value customer service and strive to provide excellent service to ensure your satisfaction. And we understand the importance of customer service in establishing and maintaining good customer relationships. Our team is dedicated to assisting and supporting you with any issues or needs you may have.
PART 1: Return & Refund policy
A.We will refund your money in full under the following circumstances.
1.Except for Chinese holidays, 15 days from the date your order has been shipped, the order package is still displayed in transit, you can contact our after-sales service by email, ask us for a full refund, we will confirm and refund you in full (including the freight you paid) within 48 hours of business day.
2.When you purchase only one product in your order, if some parts are damaged after you receive the package, causing the whole product to be unusable, please provide a clear picture of the outer package and photos of the details of the damaged parts, contact our after-sales service by email, we will confirm and refund you in full within 48 hours of working day (including the freight you paid).
3.If you want to cancel your order, as long as your order has not been shipped, we will refund the full amount (including the shipping cost you paid).
B.We will give a partial refund under the following circumstances。
If you purchase multiple products in your order and find some products damaged or missing after receiving the package, please provide clear pictures of the outer package and photos of the details of the damaged parts, contact our after-sales service by email, we will confirm and return the money of damaged products or missing products for you within 48 hours of working day.
C.14-Day No Reason Return:
1.If you need to return the product for your own reasons such as dissatisfaction, unwanted, wrong purchase, etc., please return the product and related accessories, packaging, gifts (if any), in good condition without affecting the secondary sales to us within 14 days from the date of signing receipt, and we will refund after confirming the product.
*Since there is no quality problem with the product, you need to bear the return costs.
2.If the product does not conform to the original description of the product in one or more important aspects, please contact us within 14 days from the date of signing for the product, and We will refund or resend after confirmation it.
3.If there are quality problems caused by non-human factors, please contact our after-sales team by email within 14 days from the date of receipt, we will confirm the product after sale, and arrange a refund within 48 working hours.
4.Note on cross-border fees: If the address of your return or reissue package is not the address of the original order, the additional transportation costs (freight, taxes, etc.) incurred will be borne by you.
D. Returns are not available under the following circumstances:
1.Artificially damaged products cannot be returned.
2.Used products cannot be returned.
E. Shipping costs should be covered by the buyer in the following situations:
1.Buyer requested a return due to his or her own reasons (the product has no quality issues)
2.The returned item is not the same as the ordered item.
3.Returning a product that was claimed to be defective but was found to be in working condition by our quality control.
4.The product was damaged during the return process.
PART 2: REPAIR & WARRANTY POLICY
At present, the products we sell are parts and accessories, which are wear and tear products, do not support warranty and replacement, if there is a quality problem of our products, we will take the initiative to refund in full. If the buyer neglects to buy the wrong product, you must bear the responsibility.
